Shipping and Orders

This page is intended to help answer any questions regarding the ordering process, from product browsing to tracking your final order. If you do not find an anser to your questions here, try our other Help sections.
How to Order

Ordering from our site is simple and easy. Follow these steps to complete your order.

  1. Browse the main department and the subdepartments to find the products you are looking for. Click on a product image or "More Info" from a subdepartment page to view the product details page.

    When you are ready to add a product to your shopping cart, click the “Add to Cart” button from the Product details page.

    From the shopping cart page you can update product quantities, remove items at any time, and view your order subtotal.

  2. When you are ready to checkout, click the “Go to Checkout” button from the shopping cart page. There are 3 steps to complete checkout.

    First, If you have ordered from us before, enter your webstore username and password to login. If you are new customer, enter your e-mail address and click “Sign Up” You will be prompted to fill out your name, e-mail address, and choose a username and password so you can login and track your order status.

    Second, either choose a saved billing and shipping address or enter new addresses for the current order. The billing address must match the billing address on the credit card you are going to use to purchase this order. Once you have selected your billing and shipping addresses click “Continue”

    Finally, there is the order confirmation and payment page. Make sure that the addresses displayed are correct and that your order is complete. You can change or edit your address and order details from this page. Once you have confirmed the order is correct, enter your credit card information and click "Submit Order".

  3. Once you have submitted your order you will be sent to a payment confirmation page. You will also receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We will process your order within 48 hours after you submit the order. If for any reason we are out-of-stock of any portion of your order we will notify you and give you the option of either waiting until the product is re-stocked or allowing you to cancel the order. If your entire order is in-stock we will ship immediately after processing. Your order should arrive within 3-7 days after shipment.

    You can track the status your order at any time by going to the My Account section, logging in with your username and password, and viewing your Order History at the bottom of the page.

Shipping & Tracking

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. Shipping costs are determinded by weight, lighter orders are shipped USPS while heavier order shippind UPS. Orders to Canada and other countries are shipped with added costs determined by weight.

You can track the status of your order at any time by logging into the My Account section of the webstore and viewing the Order History at the bottom of your account page. You can view the status of your order in the order process.

Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

All orders are processed through Versign Payment Services using a Secure SSL connection. We do not store credit card information on our site to protect your privacy. For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy & Security Statement.
